Software failures are always a very unpleasant experience. We had something similar in a different field, we are in the recruiting business and it was important for us to track potential candidates before our competitors did. But for a long time this software did not work for us until I found here information about how ats works and now everything works perfectly for us regarding recruiting and automation of this process for better candidate selection and everything works without fail.
